Ace shooter Gagan Narang, who notched up four gold medals at last year's Commonwealth Games, was on Monday conferred the country's highest sporting honour - the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award - in a glittering ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhawan.
