Paes-Bhupathi bow out of China Open


Indian tennis duo of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi on Friday crashed out of the men's doubles event of China Open tennis after losing to Croats Marin Cilic and Ivan Ljubicic in straight sets in the quarterfinals. The fourth-seeded 'Indian Express', who had won the Beijing title in 1997, went down to their opponents without posing much fight to lose 2-6, 3-6.

Cilic and Ljubicic will next take on Robert Lindstedt of Sweden and Horia Tecau of Romania. Paes and Bhupathi have bagged three ATPdoubles championships so far this season.
The fourth-seeded 'Indian Express', who had won the Beijing title in 1997, went down to their opponents without posing much fight to lose 2-6, 3-6.
